Business Development Manager

Job Description

The Business Development Manager will focus on selling consulting and professional services and solutions. The successful candidate must be able to significantly drive revenue growth and market share through sales activities and coordinating with internal resources to promote existing solutions and develop new areas of business.

We seek highly motivated and experienced individuals that have strong business acumen and are able to understand and effectively communicate the value of relevant technologies. Candidates are being sought for Riyadh, Jeddah, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

• Developing a territory plan in the first 30 days to achieve and exceed the target revenue goals quarterly and annually.
• Generate new business opportunities and alliances with vendors and consulting companies.
• Develops a compelling value proposition for our solution based on a solid business case and its overall impact on the client.
• Forecast accurate numbers by effectively managing sales cycle stages.
• Follow-up on leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Develops strategic business relationships with key decision makers including customer senior management. Build relationships while positioning company for future prospects.

Requirements

• Has practical understanding of and able to effectively communicate the value propositions for our services and solutions.
• Able to speak competently with both IT and business audiences as it relates to our services and solutions.
• Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for prospecting, presentations and helping prospects understand the value and needs for our services and solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Qualifications

• Legally able to work in the designated area.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field (Business, IT, or marketing). MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of success in related field as a revenue generating individual contributor.
• Perfect command of English. Arabic is a plus.
