DIRECCION GENERAL DE TRAFICO (DGT)

The DGT is an independent entity under the Ministry of Interior of Spain responsible for the implementation of the road policy.
The territorial administration consists of 50 Provincial Traffic, one per province, 2 Local Traffic Headquarters in Ceuta and Melilla and 14 Local Offices Traffic (in Alcorcón, Alzira, Cartagena, Fuerteventura, Gijon, Ibiza, Lanzarote, The Line Conception, Menorca, La Palma, Sabadell, Santiago de Compostela and Talavera de la Reina), which perform the processing on the ownership of vehicles (registration, transfers, cancellations, etc.), drivers (obtaining evidence permits and driving licenses, issuance and extension of permits, etc.) and disciplinary proceedings for violations of traffic on the intercity area. In this work it has the support of the Traffic Civil Guard.

Designed and implemented an information system to consolidate, manage, control and monitor the data from multiple systems. Developed agile visualizations, reports and dashboards for the different levels of the organization.
